Mounjaro 2.5 diarrhea

Hello all,
I had my first injection of 2.5 around 4pm on Saturday
Felt fine that evening and into Sunday, was starting to not feel very hungry.
Then around 10pm my stomach started cramping very sore.
Anyway, diarrhea started around midnight. The longest stretch I managed was an hour of sleep. Other than that I was on the toilet.
Happened all of yesterday morning and then the sickness started.

Finally into the evening it seemed to stop, the sulphur burps started instead. I managed to have some water and one slice of toast.
Around 9pm it has all kicked off, I couldn't move for being sick so went to a&e
They've said I'm not dehydrated enough for help and sent me home.

I still have diarrhea, stomach cramping and sickness. I have 4 children to look after and I'm due in work tonight.
I really can't handle much more of this, I feel weak and I'm so hungry. Even if I have a sip of water, my stomach will rumble and it just comes right back out

Any idea as to when it will pass? I'm so miserable, I wish I never started this treatment

Just to add I weighed myself before my injection and I have already lost 2kg, I'm not surprised because it literally hasn't stopped! But I'm really scared and just want it to stop

That sounds just awful, but is that a known side effect? I'd call in sick and see if anyone can help with the kids, rest up try to drink loads and I wouldn't be taking that medication again.

I could have been a tummy bug with bad timing as well? But I'm amazed a&e even triaged you with those symptoms and didn't just send you home to drink and rest.

Also make sure you get salts back in.

So you can't keep even a sip of water down?

Back to 111. We can't tell you how long it'll last.

It is a very known side effect but I didn't realise it would be so bad
Don't think it's a bug, I haven't been in work since Thursday and everybody else in the house is fine
