Hi, how do I order my next pen of mounjaro, do I have to start a whole new consultation?

I can't help I'm afraid, but If you don't get any response then try their FB group. Lots of good advice there.

Go to your previous order and you will see an option to reorder. Select reorder and choose the strength of the pen. They need a new photo every 3 months.

They should email you at week three with the renewal form

I started a chat on their website because I couldn’t see an easy/quick option, they said I had to start a new consultation.
It does say for many of the questions that if you’ve ordered from them before then you don’t need to eg send photos if you sent them in the last 2 months and stuff like that.
Never knew there was a reorder bit on your previous order!

They don't email you or anything so you have to be on top of it.

Log in, go to members area, view your orders, click on your most recent order, scroll to bottom and there is a reorder button to click.

@Doggymummarof the 4 pharmacies I have ordered from, not one has emailed me to remind me to reorder. The only one I have heard of doing this is ME.

Bizarre I get an email each month( With Chequp) and I have to put in my weight any symptoms etc tell them what dose I want and then they send it. I've been with them 18 months, before that Pharmacy2u and Numan were the same. I moved to Oushk this month, on their subscription service and thought it would be the same.
