Is it true that not drinking much water and eating too few calories can stall your weight loss?

I am averaging 1200kcal per day (tdee calculator states 1560pd for 2lb per week loss)

And drinking around 1.5litres a day plus a couple of cups of tea.

On 5mg mounjaro, suppression OK. Don't feel hungry on what I'm eating, though day before injection day is a very peckish feeling day, but am still able to not give in.

Right, how does it optimise the effectiveness?

I think that the idea is that MJ delays gastric emptying keeping us fuller for longer, but liquid with the meal helps wash the food down so it reduces that effect.
