New scales!!! I’ve gained 2 kilos today!

I know I haven’t really gained that today but what a demoralising end to the week. I was excited unpacking my shiney new scales.

Well at least it’ll be more accurate from here onwards.

I had exactly the same issue! 2kg over on the nose. Unfortunately the new ones are accurate. I tested using a dumbbell 😩

It’s disappointing isn’t it?! I’m telling myself it’s how much I have lost/continue to lose that matters
