Had good suppression on MJ 2.5mg for 5 weeks but fading now

After some advice 🙏
I started mounjaro in January (2.5mg) and took my final bonus dose on Sunday.
Suppression was good up until last week, but wore off around Fri and this week it's definitely a lot lower.
I already have another 2.5mg in the fridge but because my suppression seems to be wearing off, I'm wondering if I can use the 2.5mg pen to have a 3.75mg jab? Obviously it won't last 4 weeks, I realise, but is that wise and if so, how many clicks would it be?
Or should I keep the 2.5mg pen for later (maintenance?) and order a 5mg pen?

Whats the expiry date of the 2.5 pen? If its long I'd be tempted to keep it, but would you be able to order another pen? Medexpress only allows you to reorder monthly, ie, when your 4 doses have been used.

As for how many clicks, there's a table detailing all of these numbers, I'll see if I can find it

Good point! I'll check later. I can order a 5mg from my existing supplier as I've had the 2.5mg for a few weeks.

Dose required divided by pen strength x 60

3.75 divided by 2.5 x 60 = 90 clicks.

I’d just move to 5. It’s wearing off, why mess around.

Just double dose the 2.5mg to get to 5mg and order another pen for after. It was silly to remain on 2.5mg tbh - just a waste of money
