I’ve lost 12lbs in six weeks!

I’m so happy. Im in menopause which makes weight loss even more difficult! When I went on HRT two years ago I put on a stone in the first month, so I guess it’s that weight coming off again. I’m on the lowest dose, I'm not intending to go up unless I stall for a long time as I want the anti inflammatory benefits primarily.

I can fit most of my clothes again 👏
