Anyone had Botox or treatment for 'turkey neck'?

Hi all.

I've been on MJ for nearly 4 months and had great results.

I've noticed a fair bit of loose skin on my neck/under my chin. It wasn't particularly tight before, but it's a little bit more noticeable.

I have Botox on my forehead already, and I will ask my provider then I next see her, but wondered if anyone here has had Botox to tightness this area, or any other treatments that you'd recommend?

After having botox yesterday I can report back with the results so far. Please see photos attached, before and this morning.
I'm very pleased with the outcome so far.
The botox can take upto two weeks for the finished results. I'm really pleased already!

Not possible. Botulinum otherwise known as Botox takes longer than 24 hours to work. Been having it over 30yrs for medical reasons into the neck. IMO not possible.

After being accused of lying on this post. I had been a bit reluctant to post any updates.
This is a photo I took at 16.20pm this afternoon. My neck has held up really well and I have been very pleased with the results. I will be booking in to have more botox in the month.

Can we see a photo of with the neck in a normal position- not extended?

How's it going @Lilpickerswearbiggerknickers are you happy with the results?

and you op @KnewYearKnewMe did you have any? 😀

@Lilpickerswearbiggerknickers did you have filler too? Botox wouldn’t have given this result alone.

I would do a lot of things before I would agree to be injected with Botox in my neck at a beauty training college.

Hi @GlassofRosePorfavor

I didn’t have any - or at least not yet.

i delayed it, and now my neck has stopped botherintg me. It seems less noticeable now - either it’s improved my itself, or I’ve stopped fretting about it,

either way, I’m happy!

I am still having forehead and eyebrows/lid Botox, which I’m delighted with 🥰

almost a year on MJ now, 5 stone down 🙌🙌

I’m not on MJ. I’ve been v slim always, just stating fact (no will power just no big hunger hormones I think).

Now I’m older it’s totally telling in my face (Jowls) and neck (really horrible obvious turkey neck). So I now look about 10yrs older I reckon. I have Botox on face which is excellent but it doesn’t work for Jowls or scraggy neck, only wrinkles. Soon it’ll look very mismatched.

Ive researched and chatted to the Botox doc about this and he said really the only thing that fixes these things is a lower face and neck lift. I’ll have to start saving for that soon.. bloody expensive.

I tried neck Botox and was quite disappointed with it, though love it in my forehead and jaw (latter for jaw clenching). I'll have a neck lift in a couple of years I think.
