Switching supplier with maintenance and cost in mind

I'm up to 12.5ml and need to order my next pen. I'm thinking about who my maintenance supplier should be, based on what they offer and ongoing costs. It's a minefield. Is anyone in my position and made a decision? I'm thinking someone who offers either a low monthly dose or a month on / month off. At an affordable price! Thanks ☺️

I'm on 12.5mg but have another 4 stone to lose yet. There are some maintenance threads on here already that might help. I didn't really get any suppression until this dose so imagine this would be my maintenance doseage and I just introduce more calories. How are you thinking to do it?

I'm really not sure. The only thing I'm sure of is that my appetite will go up again once I'm off it so I think I'll need to stay on it long term. I'm hoping to cut right back on dosage though. As much as I'm forming good habits now, I'm pretty sure the hunger will be back along with the pounds if I don't stay on it somehow.

I've moved to zava for my next one as I had a code from a friend. But then will move to oushk as they appear to have the most forward thinking view on maintenance. I've joined their FB page for maintenance too. They have brought the cost of the higher dosage pens down too.

Apparently, nobody is likely to offer a month on, month off arrangement in a high dose but possibly 5/3. I have read of Oushk possibly offering it on 2.5 or 5.

The three more flexible and creative maintenance offerers are Oushk, Cloud and Pharmulous (where I have currently settled). There’s a good thread on here
called ‘Maintenance policy email Cloud and other pharmacies’ with loads of helpful information from people in discussion with pharmacies and what they offer. In addition, there’s a sub on Reddit called mounjaromaintenanceuk which is helpful.
