Questions about mounjaro dosage

I just started my journey with mounjaro. Unfortunately I was so nervous taking the first jab that I didn’t hold the dosing button down for the full count of 5. 😧Has anyone else had this experience? Should I take another dose earlier than waiting the full week?

No, There’s no need to take your next dose early. As long as the dial went down to zero before removing the needle you will have got the full dose

It's not a dosing button, it's just the end of the pen. As long as the indicator window showed 0 and the pen was therefore fully depressed it's fine. Don't take a dose early!

As long as you turned all the way until number 1 showed in the window and you pressed back down to 0 you should be ok. The 5 seconds delay before removing the needle from your skin is to prevent leakage, if you had no significant leakage after removing the needle you'll be fine.

Do not take an early dose, you do not want to be taking too much at this stage! (or any stage really!)
