I’m ready for my second dose. Where did you get yours?

I’m about to order my 5mg of Mounjaro. Any recommendations where i can get it cheaper than Medexpress. Thank you

They have a long expiry date/shelf life if refrigerated and unopened (a year or something I think?) so you don’t need to worry about that

Hmm yes it’s tricky to predict when you might be ready to move up.

i think the majority of people notice suppression wearing off towards the end of the first month on 2.5mg, I did and I’m very much not a super responder.

i then went to 3.75 for a few weeks rather than straight to 5, then to 5 but found the gastro effects too much so back down to 3.75 and worked up slowly from there. I’ve been on it 6 months and only just got my 7.5mg pen but am currently taking 6mg.

I would recommend 5mg pen as you can always count clicks to take less.

Thank you. What was the longest you used one pen. i’m thinking if i bought a 5mg pen but had to stick to less than that. How long is it safe to use?!

Each pen has an expiry date on the box. The last pen I purchased has an expiry date of 03/26. So there's no rush to start it usually.

Once you take your first dose the pen should be discarded after 30 days.
So you can get 5 doses from a pen in this time:
Day 1
Day 8
Day 15
Day 22
Day 28

Not sure if you've sorted it yet @Sunandflower by Voy do a really good discount for new people. You can start on any dose as long as you have a photo of your 2.5mg pen or prescription.

If you want a code let me know, it gives you a 25% discount.

I would say go for the 5mg and then increase up. If any issues you can drop back down with a 5mg pen by giving yourself half a dose to make it 2.5mg.

5 weeks are within the 30 day limit,
I have used for 6 weeks before but that’s personal choice

I started with Medexpress, but moved to ZAVA for my 2nd and 3rd pen. It's easy switch suppliers.

Yes you will need evidence from previous provider, email or invoice , order note etc, I’ve used med express, zava, and now Numan due to increase in prices etc x
