i’m on day2 on second dose of MJ2.5 and for the last few days i’ve been feeling quite lethargic and tired. I’m eating high protein diet lots of eggs, veggies, fruit, meat. Also aiming to do 10k step a day. Taking vitamins daily. Have struggled with a bit of constipation but not too bad.I started eating a bit more carb thinking that’s what’s causing the lack of energy.
Any ideas how to pick myself up a bit
