Dose 8 days instead of 7?

Is it possible to add a day to each week?

Yes, I went 9 days on 2 occasions when suppression was really strong

My jab 7.5mg was due today but I have a yoga meditation retreat day Saturday so I've decided to wait until tomorrow evening to jab in case of side effects etc

I personally would reduce dose a bit rather than increase days as I like the routine of the same day and knowing what days of the week I will be most suppressed.

Have you tried the glp1 plotter website to see how changing dose or days changes your levels. Might help you with your decision.
