Those who can still manage to eat is there a recommended daily macro intake we should still be consuming.
Im using my fitness pal and set a 1500 cal daily and just follow the macros suggested there.
Only recently started MJ 2.5 and can still eat so have to control myself.

What do you mean those who can still eat. If someone isn’t eating rhey will be very ill. We should all be eating, and anyone who isn’t and has disordered eating shouldn’t be om the drug

why would you even write that like it’s normal.

Well if you have a look at the thread detailing how little some people can eat, you may find it’s not so uncommon.
If you are offended by this please scroll on rather than trying to control conversations

I’m sorry yoh post something ridiculous then expect to be challenged. And yes I read that thread, everyone is eating, some too little yes, but many very healthily,

no one is starving themselves. Disordered eating should not be discussed like it’s normal.

Gosh you are in a bad mood, aren’t you?
Who said or suggested people should be eating nothing?? My question was exactly the opposite asking people what macros they follow which suggests a reasonable approach to a diet.

Recommend you take a break from whatever diet you are on as it’s obviously making you bitter and argumentative.

I have a daily limit of 1600 calories according to MyFitnessPal, I tend to stick to around 1400 though, it allows me to have the odd day where I go over 1600 without worrying and I'm able to eat plenty to know I've had enough nutrients and feel well.

I've set my macros to 35% carbs, 35% protein, 30% fat. Recommended is around 50% carbs, 20-25% protein, 25-30% fat but I have T2 diabetes and PCOS so find lower carb works better for me to control my sugar levels and to lose weight.

No, I’m not in a bad mood, good lord. I object to the implication that of we are on wli we can’t eat as the norm. Which is basically what you wrote. For those who can still eat. That you’re on a low dose so can still eat.

we all eat. Most of us healthily. You could simply have said what’s your macros on wli

if you had I’d have said I aim for 1gram of protein per kg of body weight. But often fail. I try to stay at around 1400 calories, so that means I am low ish carb. I eat a lot of veg , salad and fruit and also like Huel black as it has 35 grams of protein.

Thanks @InfoSecInTheCity that’s really helpful. I didn’t realise you can set your macros on the app. I haven’t seen a lot of info on ideal macros. I’m close to being pre diabetic so should probably be on similar as you.
I’ll go and have a play around with the app. Thanks again
