Has anyone felt like this on day 3/4

i’m on day 4 of 2.5mg MJ and for the first 3 days i felt amazing and not hungry at all but around lunch time today i started to absolutely starve and it’s carried on.
Is this normal to feel like this on the second half of the first week?
Will this keep happening each week or the more meds built up in the body the longer the suppression lasts?

You might find that yes you are hungry, but it won’t take much to make you feel full.

Hunger is normal and will ebb and flow. You'll find you can't eat a huge meal if you eat anyway

Just eat a little more on the days you need to and it will honestly sort itself out

I've gone from 15 stone to 9 stone 8 and have had very hungry days!

I've just started last Friday and I feel like nothings happening. I am eating a bit less but no side effects at all I'm even wondering if it's working. Did anyone else feel like this?

@Christmasbird from what i read it seems to affect people differently and hopefully once it’s built up in your system, you start to feel hungry. Good Luck

I have been on MJ for 15 weeks now - still on 5mg because it works and I have minimum side effects.

Every few weeks I have a day when I think it’s worn off - I feel hungry, but a different type of hungry. I don’t want to binge, but my stomach feels empty. I eat fruit on those days as snacks and it passes (an apple satisfies me whereas before I could have eaten four bags of crisps).

I don’t want to lose the feeling of hunger completely otherwise I will never be able to manage without MJ.

Did the hunger not go away after you ate lunch? Sometimes I get hungry; but ensuring I eat proper meals has been key.
