I've had success with mounjaro although I'd like to lose another stone.

My neck has taken a battering though and I look really wobbly and wrinkled in that area. Other than investing in lots of polo necks, what can I
Do?

Oh my god I am noticing this too! I bought no 7 face and neck serum today - hoping it might make some difference!

If I am really honest I was avoiding mirrors for a long time and am noticing lots of stuff now that I didn’t notice before - so the old lady neck might have been there before (albeit plumped by the fat!).

I have noticed stretch marks in my belly which must have been there for a while but I didn’t look before!

Try face yoga. Lots of free how-to videos on YouTube.

Have ordered the Prai neck serum and cream taster pack (look like they're travel size) from boots, think the kit was £25. Will give it a go when it arrives and report back if it makes a difference x

I’m exactly the same and my neck was starting to look very crepey after losing 4 stone.

I bought The Ordinary products from Boots - cleanser, toner, moisturiser, hylaronic acid and caffeine eye drops. I’ve been using them for a good few months now and my saggy neck has noticeably improved.

This is coming from someone who would never consider paying a fortune for skin care but The Ordinary range seems really well priced, are often on special offer and I also use my Boots Advantage points too.

Every evening, I also do a deep massage of the neck using one of Lidl’s night moisturisers (smells like honey!)
