Weight loss injections with Endometriosis

Just that really has any with Endometriosis used any type of weight loss injection and if so what one? I know if I ask my GP he won’t be happy with it but I really need to lose the pounds with the amount of wait and bloating with Endometriosis

I have endometriosis and adenomyosis and am on the road to having a hysterectomy as I've tried lots of other things for pain and bleeding and it hasn't helped. One of my reasons for using the injections is to help me a reach a healthy bmi for surgery.

I haven't noticed any difference in my periods since I started taking Mounjaro, they are still painful and heavy unfortunately and I suffering from swelling & bloating but I know from searching online others have found they have an anti inflammatory effect which has helped.
