My bruised stomach (photo)

I've nc'd and after you see my photo, you'll know why!

Injected my first 7.5mg yesterday, a good few drops of blood after. Sometimes I don't get any, other times, just a drop. Looked at my stomach this evening to see this. What have I done?

I am really needle phobic, and it took me over a week to work up the courage with the 1st 2.5 jab! I know. However in the following weeks, I've got a bit 'braver' haha, but I do struggle to find a non stretch marked area of my stomach. Do you think I should jab in my thighs next week instead?

Sorry for the photo.

It just looks like you've scratched yourself a little with the needle at some point, going in or out. I wouldn't worry about it and no need to change injection site unless you actually want to.

Thank you @SilenceInside
I am such a worrier! Yes it does look like a scratch. In my anxiety mind, I'd jabbed somewhere I shouldn't have 😬

The needle is so tiny and short that you really can't go much wrong, in an area with a decent layer of fat like the stomach. Sometimes you get a bruise, I don't think there's anything much that can be done to avoid them.
