Has anyone changed from Weygovy to Mounjaro ? Has it been a success ?

I have and I wish I changed sooner. I had really uncomfortable constipation with Wegovy. Someone on here recommended Lepicol which really helped with that. With Mounjaro I had no unpleasant symptoms and generally felt better on it. I did the usual tritation and stopped after 7.5mg or 10mg (can’t remember).
I stopped after my 4th dose about evmonthsa ago, as I didn’t seem to be losing and I couldn’t see the point in paying £200 for a higher dose which may not result in further weight loss. However, I’m considering restarting as I still have at least another stone to lose.

Yes I did and yes it was until it suddenly started making me really ill no matter how much I cut down the dose. Now back on Wegovy and that’s going well too. I had gaps between the different drugs and gained weight in that time and of course you have to start with the low doses so it does take a lot of time and slow down your weight loss but Mounjaro has better statistics for weight loss and it did seem slightly better for mental health, reducing sweet cravings and side effects for me until it wasn’t.
