I’m doing ok keeping high protein/low carb- am actually quite proud of how I have negotiated all the Christmas socialising, but I could really do with some lovely salad/veg recipes to include with my meals.
soup definitely exacerbates my burping for some reason, so winter coleslaw and veg ideas or similar would be welcome! Or any other good ways of getting fibre in- my coach says I should be aiming at 30g a day.
