Just as the tittle says really!

I am worried about starting due to side effects and long term effects.
I have hypothyroid, PCOS and insulin resistance.
Currently 14 stone 4 lb and want to lose 4 stone

Please help me rationalise the side effects and long term effects too!

Thanks xx

Just go for it.

I take it in the evening so sleep through the first night.

I don’t really get bad symptoms. Not everyone does. Just burpy for the first day or two.

eat protein, fruit, veg and Fibre. Avoid fatty foods and too many carbs and you should be fine.

ive lost 3 stone in 4.5 months

edited add I also have PCOS and insulin resistance. Was hypertensive and pre diabetic. My blood pressure is now normal and so is my blood sugar.

Drink plenty of water, have high protein, take electrolytes. Calculate your TDEE and eat 500 calories less a day.

What long term effects are you wanting to rationalise?

Side effects are usually mild and manageable, if you get any. If you start and get unmanageable side effects straight away then you can simply not do any more injections, and the medication will be out of your system in days.
