Anyone tried Cyclizine to combat nausea?

On 2nd dose 7.5mg and I've had awful nausea since Sunday evening. I've ordered a private prescription for Cyclizine as suggested as an add on from either health express or quick meds with my first order of 2.5mg. Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with it? I've been taking windeze to help with the feeling of trapped wind/bloated feeling and it's helping slightly.
I'm just feeling really sluggish and meh this week and hoping this helps. Think I tempted fate talking about having zero side effects cpl weeks ago 🤦🩷

For me what helps with the nausea is changing what I eat. It's my hint that I've had too big a portion and/or too much fat.

Food is just sitting in my stomach not moving on and making me feel sick.

It's often quite handy as then I don't want to eat that, invariably unhealthy, food again.

From a pharmacological point of view cyclizine shouldn't work as it acts on a different cause of nausea. But you never know, anti-emetics can be quite random.

Not cyclizine but I use travel sickness meds from the Pharmacy for nausea.
