evening all

I've been using mounjaro since September

every time I try to up my dose from 2.5 the side effects are awful.

has anyone successfully moved to wegovy? Would the side effects ease do you think?

i have a 5mg pen to use up so will hope I get more than 4 doses and take 2.5 to use it up

thank you in advance for sharing your experiences

I swapped the other way round as the wegovy side effects were too much. You don't have to move up if you are comfortable on 2,5

Thank you for replying @Doggymummar

did you find the swap easy to do? Did the side effects disappear?

i know you're right, I could stay on 2.5, but losing 1lb a week now as suppressionmot great so feel I'd like to move up and just can't on mounjaro x

It was annoying because I was on in the highest level of Wegovy, and had to start at lowest of MJ and it will take over six months to get to that level on MJ ( just about to go to 10mg). You won't have that worry as you are on a low dose anyway. I had no side effects till 7.5 on MJ and that's just constipation and regurgitation due to the slow passage through digestive system, which I had before. No vomiting yet tho, but I feel that might occur on higher doses. I don't lose more than 1lb a week, I think that's a safe and sustainable weightloss. No disrespect if you want more. I started with a minimum of 100lb to lose and am more than halfway there now.
