I might be wrong, but I'm sure there was a pp with someone saying they were upping their dosage by clicking round to 1 for the full dose, then halfway to inject a bit more?

To clarify, I've ordered 5ml for the second month but suppression has lessened in the last few days and thinking I could use 7.5 instead and re-order earlier?

Any advice on how many clicks for half a dose?

My experience is that the pen won't turn past 1. But you could do one 5mg (it's mg not ml) injection, then change the needle and do another 2.5mg injection, to make 7.5mg in all.

For 2.5mg from a 5mg pen it would be 30 clicks.

You have ordered 5mg not 5ml. It is important to get units right when discussing, asking for advice to ensure they is no confusion.

First thing I would say, is maybe trying 5mg for another couple of weeks, I am on my 19th week of 3.75mg and some weeks the suppression does wane, then the following week it comes back again. I find if suppression is strong at the beginning of the week and I don't eat enough my body is looking for food, but once I eat the suppression comes back. I will only increase dose if I get 2-3 weeks where I am eating good quantities of protein, drinking enough water, and with no suppression, it is wiser to need to use some will power at times.

Taking 7.5mg from a 5mg pen is possible, but an expensive way to do it.

1 injection of 5mg (60 clicks)
1 injection of 2.5mg (30 clicks and a new needle)

Be aware if you are sticking to the same provider they might not let you order early and changing supplier in December when deliveries on the run up to Christmas may be impacted might cause you some issues.
