Marvelous Mounjaro! No food "noise" but sometimes struggle to eat anything

I've been taking Mounjaro for 3.5 months. I've lost 3 stone. I have a hiatus hernia so suffer with reflux any way. I've changed medication for this and now it's under control. Being lighter helps with this anyway.
What I love is the lack of food noise. I can just eat if I'm hungry. This really is a first. I've followed Slimming World before, lost a similar amount of weight but ate loads. So this plateaued in the end and weight loss stopped.
Any tips for eating on Mounjaro?

Maybe join the August thread, as that will have people in a similar place to you. I am in the September group, but no help to you as I struggle to eat to.

Maybe move back down a dose level if you are really struggling to eat and it's continuing for weeks? You could also try eating 3 times a day, even if it's only small amounts, or try skipping breakfast and concentrating on eating at lunch and dinner? Eat protein first before any carbs too. Apologies if these are all things you've already tried!

Thank you. I'll try and find it.

I've tried the three small meals. Works so e days, others not. I then try to concentrate on having one balanced meal and so protein rich easy to digest something's.
I may go back to a smaller dose. As 10ml is feeling a bit overkill anyway.

I've been on 7.5mg for three pens now as I find that the level of suppression is manageable and I don't get very much in the way of side effects either.

I find that exercising wakes my appetite up a bit. That said I am thinking about going down to 3.75 (from 5) next week as I am hardly eating and I have hit a plateau so I think I need to up my calories.

You do need to actually eat food to live, etc. It sounds like you are on too high a dose. My advice is to move down so you can eat healthily and get enough energy in you to function. Good luck.
