Mounjaro out the fridge?

I know you can leave it out after using it, but can I take it out the day before jab 3 of the one and keep it for 3 & 4? Travelling by train and then not near a fridge for hours once I reach destination so if it's ok to take it out mid way through that would be better

Yes you can. You can take it out of the fridge at anytime after first use and keep it out. Discard after 30 days.

I take mine out the day I start it, then keep it out the whole time..

It's too late to do that, it's been in the fridge and I have used it twice already
