Ozempic wegovy etc has anyone NOT lost weight?

Are they guaranteed to work?

There's no guarantee, it doesn't melt fat and you have to do the work of eating less and differently. Ive lost half a stone in a month but I've tracked calories, eating 500-700 less calories a day than target and eating higher protein. My friend has been on it a similar time and maybe lost half of what i have but she hasn't restricted anything or changed diet, and she eats mainly carbs, she is also heavier than me so theoretically she should be easily losing more than me. I have been strict with what I eat.

Saxenda. Didn't work. I don't eat because i'm hungry I eat because i'm bored and fidgety.

Doesnt affect emotional/psychological eating so it was a wasted several hundred dollars.

I think it's worth a go if you meet the criteria!

I've been on Mounjaro since the start of June and have lost three stone. I have been on diets for several decades and nothing has worked. I do think you have to take it very seriously though and plan everything before you start the injections. There are certain foods that will trigger bad tastes and certain habits such as eating a lot, eating late at night etc that will make you feel rough.

If you decide to take it let us know and we can come up with solutions to potential problems.

Ive lost 2 stone in 6 months on mounjaro but had 8-10 to lose. Ive just decided not to carry on tho i may try wegovy in the new year.

Lost none on 2.5mg.
Lost a bit on 5mg.
Now on 7.5mg and have lost more. About 3kg over past 4 weeks.
