W1 Lost 4lbs 🤗 W2 0 weight loss 😔
I've completed 2 weeks on 2.5mg.
W1d2 suppression kicked in, W1d3 intense suppression everything tasted too sweet to eat. Had Alpen for breakfast & felt like a tub of sugar had been poured over it! 🥴
W1d5 suppression eased up but no intense food noise. 👌🏻
W2 I experienced (comfortable) general suppression, struggled to drink enough water 🤦🏽♀️ each day I ate bran flakes & banana for b/fast, ham sandwich/coleslaw on WM bread, pk of crisps for lunch, yogurt & blueberries for dinner. 5-6 black coffees & 750mls of water. (A protein shake every other day) Naturally I'm disappointed with no loss this week! 😔 But hey ho!! 🤷🏽♀️
Due 3rd jab tonight but then I need to consider ordering my next batch & unsure if I stay on 2.5 or increase to 5mg as the following day I'm due on holiday for 11 nights in Egypt?
W5... Do I increase dose to 5mg the night before holiday? & risk possible side effects on holiday??? Of stick to 2.5mg risking return of food noise & over eating puddings!!! 🫣
How do I manage jabs on holiday?
As pen needs to be kept in fridge & it's a 6 hour flight plus travelling time of 4+ hours?! Or do I leave jab at home & wait until back from holiday (12 days in between jabs?)
