Vomiting and Diarrhea on wk3 of 2.5

Ladies I really need your help. I've had no side effects so far apart from tiredness up until now. I took my 4th dose of 2.5mg on sunday which was 1 day earlier than usual as I was told it was ok to do this to switch the day I administered by 1 day. The following day around 2pm I started getting diarrhea and sulphur burps and feeling bloated and awful. I spent the next 16 hours being sick and on the loo and honestly never felt so rough. The day before I injected I had 2 fajitas (not spicy) for dinner and the day I started being ill all I had was a bacon & chicken sandwich from the co op and a banana. I'm not sure what to do now as I'm due to move up to 5mg this sunday but i'm scared I'll react again like that. Has anyone else had anything similar happen? I just cant pin point what caused it after 3 weeks as I hadnt eaten particularly badly.

Speak to your prescribing physician but maybe it was too much fat in the bacon?

I had similar side effects, unfortunately it's just a case of riding it out. The vomiting only lasted a day or 2 or each week, normally starting on day 2 after I jabbed.

Every time I have stepped up a dose I've had the same side effects, I've on my second 7.5 pen and the vomiting on day 2 still hasn't stopped unfortunately.

It is a case of talking to your prescriber, your GP and considering all of the risks (for me being super morbidly obese, high blood pressure, extremely high cholesterol, uncontrollable diabetes and sleep apnea to name a few). All of these conditions have significantly reduced since I have been on mounjaro.
