Asda now suffering from a manufacturing shortage

Now having taken 5 days to authorise my order that was meant to be in-store today. I've just received a message due to a manufacturing shortage they don't have it in stock & can't provide it
So very frustrating ...

Existing one for 6 months.
I've no idea when this will be delivered now & I'm due a dosage from last Tuesday. Yesterday I was informed it woul be in stock at my local Asda only to receive this message whilst I was queueing up to get it. At this rate I will be very reluctant to take this higher dose .

Have you emailed them and asked?

Sorry to hear that. I wonder if it’s store dependent? I ordered 5mg on Tuesday and it was approved within the hour and was in store ready to be picked up on Wednesday.

I have @Slimmingtime but they probably won't answer over the weekend. I drove 12 miles specially to pick up this order & was really irate to receive this message while I was in the queue.The order was for the 15mg dose & maybe this issue is dose specific.

Yes I wondered if you were on a very high dose, as no reported shortages elsewhere, so it could be the 15mg is short, or maybe Asda just hasn’t ordered enough in. Can you reorder for the 12.5?

Well, I'm trying to phone them - twice so far .... but it appears I'm automatically disconnected after 10 mins unanswered. Zava are crap!
