Getting hold of MedExpress re failed delivery

Does anyone have a better way of getting hold of MedExpress please?

They have delivered my order to a building that is not mine. The photo shows it propped up in the lobby of another block and I've been round the nearby roads and although I think I know which one it is, my parcel isn't there.

I'm so annoyed - the postman even came to my flat yesterday and I didn't think much of it as he gave me a whole stack of parcels. It wasn't until I got the "your parcel has been delivered" email showing the wrong place that it twigged.

I tried Royal Mail and they say I have to go through the sender. I tried to call MedExpress and was on hold for 35 minutes until I had to give up. I've emailed twice and no reply.

Even if it turns up - unlikely as I live in the centre of a busy city- it's going to have been out of the fridge for days by then.

I can't afford to pay again!

They are usually quick at relying to emails but does say think 48hrs

I did need to ring after mine was delivered and melted ice packs due to very hot weekend and in depot over Sunday

You rang but gave up after 35mins ?

That was your mistake. Stay on the phone. Leave on hand free /mic so can hear and carry on with life

Might take up to an hour as they are busy but def easier to speak to someone so ring back

I will ring back. Unfortunately i was at work and had to go into a meeting. I'll try again today

Just to update if this happened to anyone else.

Got through eventually after about an hour on hold, they were good through and sent a replacement. I had to prove with the photos etc that it been incorrectly delivered.
