Anyone experiencing delays with Zava?

Ordered and completed Monday morning got tracking info same afternoon and stated sender has dispatched 24 hrs tracked since 09:40 Tuesday. Surely it can't be in Royal Mail system for almost 4 days as a cold delivery. Can it?...

I had this with zava.. they say the 1st dispatch is when they make the label . And then they send it out few days later for it to be received by royal mail , im hoping / guessing it doesnt say royal mail recieved yet.. . I didn't really belive them but it came next day after royal mail received and ice packs were still frozen, so I believed them then. .

I had the same thing with my first order from Zava. I got tracking details and assumed that meant my package was on its way. My worry too was that 4 days later, I still hadn’t received it and I was concerned that it wouldn’t be chilled.
seems they raising tracking reference prior to posting, which could be a few days. It was frustrating as I didn’t have a clue when it was due to arrive so had to stay in.

Really wish I had just stayed with medexpress now. I'm not holding my breath I'm going to get tomorrow either tracking still showing same. My next dose is due tomorrow and I've already used the extra from my first pen. 😭 Got a feeling it's gonna be Tuesday before it's delivered. With Medexpress ordered 1pm Friday and received by 2pm the next day Royal Mail too.

Zava usually give a one week window in which it will be delivered. Mine have all come within that one week, but it does tend to be the second half of the week.

Don’t worry about the tracking, as others have said, it just means that they’ve generated a postage label. Your medication hasn’t actually been dispatched yet, it should still arrive cold.
