Mounjaro and cold to your bones

DH and I are on W2D1 of 2.5mg Mounjaro.

DH is so cold and achy that he feels like it's flu - however he's absolutely shite at being anything except 100% healthy and doesn't cope with any illness no matter how mild so it's hard to assess his current state.

If it's the jabs and not a bug he's picked up, how long does this last? He's got to be in a swimming pool all day for work next week (requalifying to go off shore), and is worried about getting in the pool or whether he needs to stop the jabs.

Thoughts?

Some people have reported feeling really cold on 2.5mg, ranging from a couple of weeks to the whole 4weeks. As no one can tell how long anyone's cold will last (it varies from person to person), he may want to hold off the injections till he's done with swimming to be on the safe side.

Unfortunately we took the jab yesterday, so he'd only be missing the one next Wednesday.....

He's just had a hot dinner and feels a bit better - I wonder if his blood sugar was too low. 🤔

I feel cold fairly constantly, it is worse when I haven't eaten anything for a while. But it's just normal feeling cold, it's not like flu or anything like that. I don't tend to feel cold when I'm being active, though.
