Can I postpone injection if I'm having bad symptoms

I'm on end if week 2, 2.5mg. I think I ate badly a few days ago and now have stomach pain and diarrhoea. I'm due next injection tomorrow, but can I leave it for a few days till I feel better?

Yes, wait until you are better. You are on the lowest dose, so just restart your weekly injections when you are ready.
