Family Chemist delays?

Hi all - I placed an order on Saturday and not had any approval yet.

Can't get through on the phones either.

Anyone else had no communication/delays with the Family Chemist?

I get the feeling they are seriously understaffed.

And I'm probably being very impatient?!

I had an email from them stating they were inundated at the moment and taking on new staff. They reckon orders are taking at least a week until things are sorted.

The email was a reply and was sent about 9pm so they are clearly working all the hours at the moment!

I will also add that it has prompted me to move somewhere where you can pick a delivery date as the uncertainty about when it might arrive was driving me NUTS!😂

Well I filled in the consultation form for Oushk on Sunday but it's still not been approved which is somewhat frustrating. Maybe they are inundated because of their current discount 🤷‍♀️ I am a little impatient 😂

Just had my confirmation email!Patience is a virtue I clearly don't have...
