I’ve felt nauseous all week- it’s like being pregnant again (im not). We are going away over half term next Friday. If I do my second injection am I likely to feel sick again?

It's very individual. I was sick everyday for a month, you have to wright it up. Feeling nauseous is easily dealt with, a ginger tablet or something.

As pp says very individual.
For me I felt sick for first two weeks, second week worst, sorry, to point considered not doing third jab. But in the end did. I switched to thigh for third jab (which may or may not have helped)
but in the 18 weeks since I’ve had the occasional few hours of queasiness (can usually pin point food, or lack thereof) but mostly not a bit of it. I’ve lost steadily and feel great.
It might be you’re just getting used to the medication. It could be you’re having major suppression and are not eating enough. It could be you’re eating things that no longer agree with you (usual culprits are fatty foods)
Food little and often. Peppermint tea. Rest. All helped (a bit like being pregnant).
Incidentally, resent studies have shown that Mounjaro is more effective for women than men. I would lay some money down that it’s a tiny part to do with woman having to put up with morning sickness and so are able to stick with the medication through the early days better!

I'm on week 10.

Some days I don't feel nauseous at all. Some days I'm gagging from the moment I wake up. It's really up and down
