I'm do perplexed and I know it's early days but it's starting to upset me,

I have no hunger suppression- in fact I am starving constantly 😫 before I started this I could get to tea time without any food passing my lips and I didn't think about it either- I injected Friday night and by Saturday morning I was so hungry!

Now don't get me wrong my diet before consisted of junk food and coke- so along with starting the jab I've cut out the crap, smaller portions sizes and added in something for breakfast and generally a salad or a wrap for lunches

Also added in protein shakes and a tonne more water- I am eating way more than I did and I'm still hungry?!

What am I doing wrong? I'm definitely making sure I get enough protein too

Suppression didn't really start for me until it had built up in my system. I didn't lose at all in the first week, it started after I'd been using it for a while. They say to wait until you've moved up a dosage before really seeing a difference.

Give it time. It’s a low dose to start with and you need to build up to a higher dose to get the full effect.

I get that and was happy to wait it out but this hunger is not fun and I'm struggling to find much about

It's probably because you've had your first jab and you're focusing so much on whether or not you feel hungry. It's increased your thoughts on food as you're waiting to not feel hungry.
Give it time and keep going, it will work its magic at some point.

Give yourself a break, dramatic changes can be painful!

I don't get a chance to think about not being hungry because my tummy is literally rumbling non stop! Even when I eat, I'm still hungry, getting no full feelings 🙃

I know it's early days and while I expected some hunger suppression I knew it would take to the higher doses to get the big weight loss affects but I really really didn't expect to feel extremely hungry on it
