Mediexpress or Junioer for Mounjaro

I want to apply to start Mounjaro. Where is best to start off? Mediexpress and Juniper are the two I have looked at. One of these or somewhere else? I would be grateful for any advice. Thanks.

Here's a list of some registered providers with their prices, ratings, discount, etc. You can check and see which ones you prefer.

I've not used either of those but from what I've seen, Med express is much cheaper and Juniper is more value for money. It's like Voy, Numan and other subscription-based providers that offer more services than just providing the medication. However, their value for money depends on if you need their extra services like personal couching and support, quick customer service, etc or just like their entire service from start to finish (receiving the meds in a nice box, etc).

Others aren't bad and you can still ask questions. You can also shop around each time you need to buy.

I think Medexpress is the best of the two price-wise. I get mine from Tyne Family Chemist personally and I’ve never had an issue. I think as long as you look at the reviews first and make sure the company is legit, there all pretty much the same ( companies like Juniper and Voy charge more for “additional services” but they don’t seem that useful to me).

ApolloandDaphne · 14/10/2024 07:29

I'm not sure I need the extra services. What would they add?

I really think I need somewhere that can provide a consistent service.

Most of them are consistent. I'd pick a middle of the road provider, price wise, and stick to them.

The cheapest ones aren't the best as people tend to have issues with them. The most expensive ones aren't necessary unless you need their extra services.

Honestly, I think I would look at Oushk. Their customer service appears to be second to none, their pharmacist is on the ball and very knowledgeable and they have been the first company to offer specific maintenance packages. I don't use them currently but have been impressed by how responsive they are and that they listen to customers.

You might like Voy OP? It is a subscription service and gets sent out automatically (you can message them if you want to stay on a dose etc)

I've a discount code if you want it. It works out quite reasonable too, if you try to cancel they give you £50 off the next pen.

I've gone with Medexpress.

Wish I had waited now. Oushk sounds good.

@ApolloandDaphne you can always move in the future if you want to😁

One of the good things for me with Oushk is I can pick my delivery day including Saturdays so I can be in to receive, and which courier I prefer - either DPD, Royal Mail Special Delivery, (both signed for) or Royal Mail Tracked (the latter can leave in my safe place, but at my own risk).

They do fairly regular Q&A live sessions with the pharmacist where you can ask any questions and have a facebook - Oushk support group (you can join even if not a customer if you want to see what it is like). They have also had some guest lives on Mounjaro and each of nutrition, exercise and menopause which have been interesting.
