Deliveries are a nightmare!

I've been getting Mounjaro from Asda Online since April. Recently they changed their delivery options so I could collect in store, which was perfect - I have no option to work from home, neither does DP and we can't rely on neighbours being in.

They've changed it again, and it is only available via DPD courier. This really doesn't work for me. The man tried to deliver it this morning, obviously there was noone in at 9.30, and my Ring doorbell shows he didn't even try the neighbour. I am Not Impressed.

Are there any other suppliers that allow you to collect in-store, or will simply post it through the letterbox?!

Boots? I think with the ice packs it would be too wide for the letter box. You could get a Saturday delivery though, Oushk lets you choose the day I believe.

I used simple pharmacy and ordered Fri for a Sat DPD delivery. (next day)

Same, I’m a teacher shout every day. I use medexpress and they use Royal Mail. They don’t require a signature, they leave it in my safe place. This week I ordered Saturday and they delivered Sunday… didn’t know Royal Mail even did Sunday deliveries!

Oushk allows you to pick the day, courier and if royal mail you can choose special delivery or tracked 24. The tracked 24 does not require a signature and can be left (at your own risk) in a safe place. Depends what your royal mail service is like.

You can also select a Saturday delivery.
