Then stop rushing to increase your dose!
The drug WORKS by suppressing appetite. Taking a higher dose won't magically melt your fat any faster, that isn't what happens and that isn't how it works. Eating in a sensible calorie deficit is what causes weight loss and Mounjaro HELPS you keep to that calorie deficit.
However there is a huge danger to be tempted to starve yourself. Eating just a babybel and thinking that you want to take a stronger dose is major, major red flag Eating Disorder territory.
A slow, steady weight loss is what you should be aiming for, so that you do not damage your body and most importantly so that in a few months when you reach target and stop taking the drug your poor starved body will not be screaming at you to eat everything in sight and you pile it all straight back on.
You need to calculate your TDEE (plenty of calculators online) and aim to eat approx 500 less calories than that.
Ask yourself:
Am I losing at least 1 pound per week?
Am I still getting full quickly?
Am I staying full over a longer period of time?
Am I able to control cravings? Not hunger, hunger is not the enemy, cravings are and controlling them is the most important.
Take the time to learn to listen to your body and learn how to eat properly.
