I have had decent if not spectacular losses since I started mid July (13kg). Holidays and things meant I was having too much booze etc. Anyway I’ve been on the 10mg dose for 10 days now, up from 7.5mg, and I feel like all the bad habits are coming back and the hunger. I am trying to focus on high protein and high nutrient food, but I feel like my grip on portion sizes is getting worse.
Is this a case of needing to perhaps go up to a higher dose sooner? Or should I just ride it out with willpower for a bit? Help!
