Getting hold of Semaglutides

Cath2712 · 07/10/2024 17:46

Hi does anyone know how to get hold of Rybelsus or any form of oral semglutide online ? I'm about two stone over my ideal weight since a brutal MP, I've gone up two clothes sizes and despite Slimming World, regular running, cycling and swimming I just CANNOT shift it. Every online application I fill out turns me down, or suggests Glucomannan Complex - which looks like pointless snake oil. I can barely get my jeans on and its really getting me down. Plus I am having a facelift next month and was desperate to shift at least a stone before then- so my face doesnt go "wierd" if I do lose weight later on. PLEASE anyone help if you can.

Have you tried these

www.monj.co.uk

Why are you getting turned down, if you are under 30BMI are you mentioning other things related?

That is a mounjaro list but many do prescribe wegovy as well

SilenceInside · 07/10/2024 17:56

I suspect the OP isn't obese or significantly overweight. @Cath2712 what's your current weight and height?

Perhaps you should postpone your face lift if you're that concerned about it all?

Tulip8 · 07/10/2024 18:03

What's an MP?

SilenceInside · 07/10/2024 18:15

Menopause??

PersephoneAgrees · 07/10/2024 18:18

Are you looking to try Mysimba? You have to have a BMI of over 30 regardless and the pharmacy will require photographic proof.

Orangesandlemons77 · 07/10/2024 18:24

As an aside, I find glucommanan capsules quite useful with constipation - they are the same fibre as in konjac or 'zero' noodles. Not 'snake oil'

DeloresVonCartier · 07/10/2024 21:28

Spend a few months having fun and getting fatter so you qualify? Or accept it's not the drug you need and try something else.

Cath2712 · 08/10/2024 17:56

My BMI has a under 25 - but I feel very uncomfortable in myself. I was lucky to get a date with this surgeon as he’s one of the top guys in Istanbul so I don’t want to change it. I’m running regularly and my legs are getting strong, the rest of me is still reasonably slim, it’s just the belly / flanks fat that has arrived from nowhere that I can’t shift. I don’t know how people get hold of semaglutides without a doctors prescription but clearly it’s going on. My only other option will be 360 lipo .

They get it illegally. Either by committing fraud to get a prescription, or by buying dodgy vials of random substances from beauticians, or by being sold someone else's genuinely prescribed medication who has decided to illegally sell it on.

You don't need these drugs. You are a healthy weight, and can lose the weight you want to by other means. They aren't a quick fix for getting rid of a bit of absolutely normal body fat.

Well with that info you won't qualify in the UK, and I don't think the ones you mentioned. people getting 'without a prescription' would be anything recommended here. Would you really risk taking some random thing?

Orangesandlemons77 · 08/10/2024 18:03

Do you have body dysmorphia?

Cath2712 · 08/10/2024 18:06

But these all require prescriptions just turn you down don't they?

OP posts:
SilenceInside · 08/10/2024 18:07

Of course they do, because you're not obese or even overweight.

OneDegreeOfSeparation · 08/10/2024 18:08

There are serious risks and side effects to these drugs - which can be balanced again the risks of obesity, but not against the risk of having to postpone a face-lift. It's prescription medication and you don't have the qualifying medical condition to take it - for good reason.

I work in TV - believe me, everyone is at it.

"Help, I can only find good responsible clinicians who won't believe me to self-harm. Where can I find a dodgy one?.I'm having surgery in Turkey despite all the press reports about how dangerous that is, so I'm not that bright."

SilenceInside · 08/10/2024 18:12

You must know as an adult that making decisions based on copying what "everyone else" is doing is juvenile and ignorant.

Yet another weird thread, 2 already in a short space of time.

Ask your colleagues how to get it then. Risking stomach paralysis and bowel obstructions to lose weight with a BMI of under 25 is insane, but yes I'm sure women are doing it and that many will regret it. Not to mention, you will put the weight back on if you're doing it as a quick fix. It's very different when obese people are using it long term.

Funny how they both centre on talking points from the anti-jab thread last night as well, it's doing my head in. I'm half tempted to post in site stuff and ask if they can get their own "weight loss injections queries" board or something

CoverMeInMarmalade · 08/10/2024 18:17

You work in TV and everyone is on it, but you decided it was better to ask here where we'd all see you asking how to illegally get the drug - rather than just ask your colleagues?
