Travelling with Mounjaro

Has anyone took the pen on holiday with them? Are you allowed to? And will it still work if it's been out the fridge?
What is everyone's experiences?

Yes, I have. Yes. You are allowed to😁 I took two pens as I had the last dose out of one and then the first out of another. I bought an insulin case from Amazon and they fitted perfectly. Kept the case in my hand luggage and the needles in my checked in suitcase but have read about people carrying needles in the insulin case without a problem.

Apparently, you do not need to put the one on the liquids bag but I did as hadn't heard that before I went.

MJ will still work if it's been out of the fridge. You simply need to use it within the usual 30 day limit.

My prescriber provided a downloadable letter detailing the medication and need for it to be in my hand luggage. Haven't needed to use it, but useful to have on you for peace of mind.
