What's the best weightloss drug to go for?

Sorry if this has already been done. I can't find it. My DH is thinking of starting and we are not located in the UK, but most of the same drugs are available here. I feel before we talk to a doctor we would be smart to understand which drugs are best but not sure where to start. Wondering if anyone on here can help me understand which drugs are best/safest/most effective etc.

Mounjaro is the best one.

Mounjaro is newer and reported to have better results with fewer side effects.

If you’re looking at injectables, the options are Wegovy or Mounjaro.
Mounjaro is the better option if you have more to lose as people reportedly lose more on it and with less side effects.
People have success on both do, so I guess up to you.
