Medexpress, does 'awaiting dispatch' mean the prescription has been approved?

Or does it mean it's still in a que to be prescribed?

I'm going away and need it before the weekend.

Yeh usually means it has been as is about to be handed over to Royal Mail

Thanks.

I hadn't got any emails about it but asked customer service and they said its been approved and is awaiting dispatch.
