hi...... I have done my first month of 2.5mg and I lost 1 stone, I am sitting at 85kg and I am 5 ft 1, I have taken my 2nd dose of 5mg on Friday, and I have lost nothing, nothing in the first week of going up tbh, has anyone else had this problem? I know they say that it may not happen but just abit frustrating that's all....I have mobility problems but am moving as much as possible and am cutting down on food so much, hoping it will kick in soon as wanted to stay on 5 but looks like I will be going up soon to 7.5mg

I think it's pretty normal to have stalls and plateaus, sometimes even for a couple of weeks at a time. It's also normal for the first month to see a lot of big losses and then the rate of loss slows down. Just be patient, keep consistent with water and nutrition, tracking protein and fibre and keeping an eye on portion sizes, etc.

I know from the threads I'm on (july starters) that a lot of people including me have weeks with big losses and then weeks with almost no loss at all (usually following a big loss!) It's the general trend that is relevant. I lost nothing at all the last 2 weeks of August, then lost in the first 2 weeks of Sept, then a week of stall, then a week down again, and this week will probably be a stall again. But if you look at the overall trend line, it's bumpy but it's all trending down.

Stick with it, keep making those good choices and you'll be healthier for it - even if the weight is coming off slower than you'd like. You're playing the long game to change your eating habits for the better (and forever!)

yeah im happily in it for the long run and see people do do that at times, just wanted slow and steady not nothing at all... i thought it would go down each month but will have to wait and see what happens, i am eating sensibly, the best i have been for years tbh
