Feeling rough on day 4 all of a sudden?

Had first injection Friday and have felt fine but today my heads banging and I feel nauseous.

I've been trying to drink water and eat but just feel gross.

Could this kick in on day 4?

One of the biggest lessons I have learned on this medication is that we are all different and our bodies all respond differently 😊 Yes, side effects can kick in or abate at any time without any apparent reason.

Keep yourself as hydrated as you can and try to eat little and often. Some people take travel sickness/anti-nausea meds to help so maybe check those out. Hope you start to feel better soon.
