Feeling very impatient but it’s been nearly 48 hours haha! Is that normal?

Have you submitted your photo and ID? Mine was approved the same day the first time I used them and DH did his over the weekend and it was approved by 9:30am this morning.

Yes I’ve done both. How odd !

I did my ID and photos on the Sunday and it was approved on the Monday, delivered Wednesday. I had to message them as my ID was in my maiden name and they replied back within about 2 hours on Sunday so might be worth you contacting them.

Thank you. I’ve messaged them and an automated message has come back saying
If you're waiting for your order to be prescribed - we currently have a process time of 2-3 day delay. We're working our absolute best to speed this up and we appreciate your patience.
so I guess I just have to be patient!!

Given, my very first order from them was 4 months ago, but that took less than 24 h for me! I think I submitted everything Friday afternoon and got the delivery Saturday lunchtime.
I just placed my re-order today at 8.30 am and got an email to say it’s been dispatched by 10.30 am! So I expect it tomorrow or Thu latest.
Email them again, maybe they can offer you £10 or £20 credit towards your next order for the inconvenience;)
