Just took first dose. So I guess this is day 1

Day 1. Starting weight 11st 9lbs. BMI 27 (I have a weight related condition to allow a prescription at this BMI)
I'm a proper hypochondriac with anxiety so I'm already feeling every normal thing and thinking it's a side effect 🙃

Took for dose about 5 mins ago.

Very easy to administer (Mounjaro kwik pen)
Completely painless.

I tried saxenda about 4 years ago and it make me really poorly, didn't get along with it at all so really hoping I'm OK with this.

Already eaten everything for today so will see how I feel tomorrow.

Day 2.

Just woke up and period has started. Have slight headache and nausea but don't know if that's AF or MJ.

Feeling relieved that it hasn't affected me the way saxend did, I'd been vomiting for hours by now.

My anxiety was SKY HIGH last night, I think that affected my sleep. But again I don't know if that was the mj giving me anxiety or if my anxiety was playing up because I was worried I would react badly.

We will see I guess...

Hi. Just wondering how you have been getting on with Mounjaro. I had my first jab today…..hoping I don’t have the fatigue that I experienced with saxenda.

Saxenda made me so, so ill. I only took 1 dose.

Been fine with mounjaro.
I have one 'bonus' dose left of my last pen.

I'm 9st8lbs now.

Thanks for replying. That’s brilliant! So good to hear you have felt ok and lost weight. I’m only 17 hours in but so far no side effects - I was felt unwell straight away with Saxenda 😡

@FrocksAndFrills @KittyGetSmall good luck to yous both I'm on 5mg 2ng jag today and lost 18lbs i weigh on sunday I've had a bit of diarrhea not much but that's all

I was the same. Just minutes and I had hourly cycles of cramps, nausea, chronic vomiting then feeling better and on the hour it would start again. For 24 hours.

Absolutely nothing like that on mounjaro

It's funny how personally it affects is. Saxenda has been absolutely amazing for me, never had any issues and maintaining with 1.2 every 3 days now

I think about it all the time just waiting for something to happen I woke up this morning with a numb arm and I was like oh no what's happening but I'm fine just the way I was lying I wish I could stop worrying about it and enjoy the fact I'm loosing weight ok I heard less food noise on 2.5 and shouldn't have moved up to 5mg but I have then I bought another 5mg pen because I was worried about post over Xmas stupid really I should have went up to 7.5 but was scared to u wouldn't think I'm 52 haha
