Ok so earlier in the year I tried a weight loss jab, we shall call it black market style, met a lady who was selling it, the style you see of tik tok and beauty salons, where you mix it your self, I already no it was irresponsible of me and I had a horrendous reaction to it, o was so ill I thought I was dying,

However I'm not happy with my weight and have zero confidence, I'm wondering f wether to go for the proper stuff from pharmacy's, will it be different to the other I had ? Has anyone had any severe side effects from the pharmacy proper ones ?

Well the last drug you tried could have been anything, so given if you go through a decent chemist this time you'll get the proper stuff, nobody here can tell you whether you'll react the same or differently because none of us know what was in whatever you took last time.

You will not be able to compare injecting yourself with unknown shit and a prescription only drug from a registered pharmacy.

This time don't be so caviler with your health and safety when you get your Mounjaro, make sure you read and understand clearly the instructions given and follow them, these are serious drugs that could harm you if misused. There are reasons they are prescription only.

What is your current BMI? There's no point thinking about whether or not you should try legal weight loss injections via a proper online pharmacy unless you would actually be prescribed them.
