This is my accountability thread and reminder I need to inject on a Wednesday night.

First jab completed tonight with help from DP. Forgot to pinch skin and pulled it out at weird angle scratching myself, other than that all good.

Starting weight 202lb on my period so bit bloated - let's see how I go. Will most likely weigh daily as I do anyway but only note it down when it's a loss.
Hoping for a good night's sleep with no side effects.

@Doggymummarthanks for doing this. I was about the same starting weight as you and im aiming for a little bit under what you are now. So its probably going to take me anout 10 to 12 months - based on you.
it reassures me because it is a slooow process.
in any case, congratulations to you! Well done for persevering for so long! What is your GW?

Thank you. I don't expect anyone to be reading it's just for my own accountability really, so it's nice to know you are finding it useful. Initially 140lbs is my goal weight, which will mean I lost 100lbs which is a nice round number. The BMI chart says 125 to 132 I think, which might not be right for me. I got a size 6 waistcoat yesterday which fit nicely so my top half is done, but my chunky thighs still mean size 12 jeans it's a shame we can't choose where the weight is lost from. I bought some resistance bands so will be trying to tone up. It's been two and a half years now, and I've just been made redundant, the MJ is more than I can afford really but I am determined to get to 140 at least.

So its been a year now, and Im going to end this here. 160lb today so thats 42lb in a year, not too shabby as I had already lost that on Ryselbus before starting. Over and out
